Location

 This is a remote/hybrid position. You can work from home and be located anywhere in Canada. Please note if you are located in Ottawa, ON we work a hybrid schedule where you will work from our headquarters 3 days per week.

 

About the team

The Regional Sales Operations Manager partners with Sales Leadership to drive pipeline execution, forecast discipline, and operational excellence across assigned North America territories. This role provides business insights, supports sales execution, and helps optimize pipeline performance to drive predictable revenue growth.

 

Reporting to the Director of Global Sales Operations, this position supports a subset of North America territories and works closely with Sales, Marketing, Analytics, and Operations teams.

What you will do

Sales Partnership, Forecasting & Pipeline Management

  • Serve as the primary Sales Operations partner for assigned sales teams.
  • Support forecast reviews, pipeline inspections, and business planning activities.
  • Monitor pipeline health, opportunity progression, coverage, and forecast performance.
  • Identify risks, gaps, and opportunities and provide recommendations to sales leadership.
  • Support deal inspection and qualification review processes.

Sales Performance & Business Insights

  • Develop reporting and analysis to support pipeline reviews, forecast discussions, QBRs, and performance management.
  • Provide insights into territory performance, productivity metrics, conversion rates, and pipeline trends.
  • Translate data into actionable recommendations that help improve sales results.

Pipeline Generation & Funnel Performance

  • Partner with Marketing, Business Development, and Sales teams to support pipeline generation initiatives.
  • Monitor campaign follow-up, lead conversion, and opportunity creation.
  • Analyze funnel performance from MQL through opportunity creation and progression.
  • Provide feedback on lead quality, targeting effectiveness, and conversion challenges.

Sales Process, CRM & Operational Excellence

  • Promote adoption of sales processes, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Support compliance with forecasting standards, opportunity management requirements, and stage exit criteria.
  • Monitor CRM data quality and opportunity hygiene to ensure reliable reporting and decision-making.
  • Support territory planning, account alignment, and operational improvement initiatives.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Sales Analytics, and Sales Operations teams.
  • Support process improvement initiatives, system enhancements, and productivity programs.
  • Contribute to the successful execution of operational priorities across the region.

What we are looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • 3-5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Operations, Marketing Operations, Analytics, or a related role.
  • Experience supporting forecasting, pipeline management, business reviews, and performance reporting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience analyzing business data.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
