About the team

The Field Marketing Manager, EMEA plays a strategic role in translating Kinaxis’ EMEA go-to-market strategy into integrated marketing programs that generate demand, deepen executive relationships, engage priority accounts and accelerate sales pipeline across the region.

Reporting to the Head of EMEA Field Marketing, you will serve as a strategic marketing partner to EMEA Sales leadership and Account Executives, with ownership for developing and orchestrating complex, multi-market engagement programs across key European markets.

This role goes beyond individual program execution. You will develop engagement strategies for priority accounts, orchestrate executive relationship journeys across multiple touchpoints, and bring together Sales, Marketing, customers, partners, industry experts and Kinaxis executives to create differentiated experiences that advance relationships and business opportunities.

The ideal candidate has significant experience leading complex B2B engagement programs for enterprise audiences, with a proven track record of delivering measurable results. You will bring strong experience working across multiple European markets and cultures and know how to balance regional strategy with local market dynamics.

What you will do

  • Partner closely with EMEA Sales leadership and Account Executives to translate regional business priorities, account strategies and pipeline opportunities into actionable marketing plans.
  • Develop and lead integrated field marketing strategies that support new-logo acquisition, strategic accounts, opportunity acceleration and customer growth.
  • Build marketing plans for priority industries, markets, territories, sales teams and target accounts based on business priorities and commercial opportunity.
  • Serve as a trusted strategic marketing partner to Sales, bringing recommendations, market insight and new ideas to regional planning discussions.
  • Help determine where and how marketing can have the greatest impact across priority markets and accounts.
  • Balance pan-EMEA programs with the distinct needs of priority European markets, adapting strategies to local business dynamics, audiences and cultures.
  • Maintain strong alignment between regional priorities and global Marketing campaigns, messaging, content and go-to-market initiatives.

What we are looking for

  • 7+ years of B2B marketing experience, with significant experience in field marketing, strategic account marketing, executive programs or integrated engagement programs.
  • Demonstrated experience leading complex B2B engagement programs for enterprise audiences, with a proven track record of measurable business results.
  • Strong experience developing and orchestrating executive engagement strategies for Director, VP and C-level audiences.
  • Proven ability to translate commercial and account priorities into sophisticated, multi-touch engagement strategies that influence relationships, opportunities and pipeline.
  • Experience designing and delivering complex programs involving multiple stakeholders, channels and touchpoints rather than primarily executing individual campaigns or events.
  • Demonstrated experience working across multiple European markets and cultures, with the ability to adapt regional strategies to local market dynamics.
  • Demonstrated success partnering directly with senior Sales leadership and Account Executives on strategic accounts and high-value opportunities.
  • Experience bringing together Sales, Marketing, customers, partners, executives and third parties to deliver complex engagement programs.
  • Strong commercial orientation and demonstrated ability to connect marketing activity to opportunity progression, pipeline acceleration, executive access and account growth.
  • Ability to operate at both strategic and executional levels: setting the engagement strategy, influencing stakeholders and personally driving critical elements of delivery.
  • Strong project leadership, judgment, stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to lead through a complex matrix without direct authority.
  • Experience marketing enterprise technology, SaaS or other complex B2B solutions; supply chain experience is an asset.
  • Strong understanding of demand generation, pipeline development, opportunity acceleration and complex enterprise buying journeys.
  • Analytical mindset and experience using campaign, engagement and pipeline data to evaluate performance and recommend improvements.
  • Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.
  • Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and partner teams.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving global organization with multiple priorities and stakeholders.
  • Experience with CRM, marketing automation and modern B2B marketing technologies; Salesforce and Highspot experience are assets.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Ability to travel across EMEA as required for regional programs, customer engagements and events.
