About the team

The Field Marketing Specialist, North America supports the execution of regional
marketing programs that build awareness, engage priority accounts, strengthen executive
relationships and contribute to pipeline across the North American market.
Working as part of the North America Field Marketing team, you will collaborate closely
with Field Marketing leadership, Sales, Business Development and teams across
Marketing to deliver campaigns, executive programs, events, webinars, strategic account
engagement initiatives and other regional activities.


This is a hands-on role for a highly organized and proactive marketer who enjoys bringing
programs to life. You will coordinate multiple activities simultaneously, manage program
details and timelines, communicate with Sales and internal stakeholders, work with
vendors and help ensure every program delivers a strong experience from initial outreach
through post-program follow-up.


You will also play an important role in connecting individual programs and interactions into
a coordinated experience for priority accounts and senior stakeholders.
The ideal candidate brings strong project management skills, attention to detail, a
collaborative mindset and a desire to grow their field marketing, executive engagement
and demand generation expertise.

Salary Range

 Annual cash compensation ranges from $62,250 to $91,300, plus a discretionary company bonus. The final offer within this range will reflect the successful candidate’s skills and experience.

What You Will Do

Campaign & Program Execution

  • Execute North America field marketing campaigns and programs aligned with regional Sales and Marketing priorities.
  • Coordinate integrated program components including email, digital promotion, landing pages, webinars, executive programs, events, targeted outreach and follow-up.
  • Support the localization and activation of global marketing campaigns for North American audiences and priority accounts.
  • Work with internal Marketing teams to coordinate content, creative assets, messaging and campaign deliverables.
  • Maintain campaign calendars, project plans, timelines and status updates across multiple concurrent initiatives.
  • Help ensure regional programs are delivered consistently, accurately and on schedule.

Executive, Customer & Industry Programs

  • Coordinate virtual and in-person North America programs including executive roundtables, dinners, workshops, webinars, regional events, peer exchanges and industry conferences.
  • Manage event logistics including venues, registration, speakers, vendors, materials, attendee communications and on-site requirements.
  • Coordinate attendee recruitment efforts with Sales and Business Development, with particular focus on senior stakeholders and priority accounts.
  • Support executive and customer speaker preparation, briefing materials and internal communications.
  • Help deliver a high-quality and consistent Kinaxis experience before, during and after each program.
  • Coordinate post-program follow-up activities to help convert engagement into meaningful Sales conversations and continued relationship development.
  • Support Kinaxis executives and subject-matter experts participating in customer and prospect engagement programs.

Sales & Strategic Account Support

  • Work closely with Account Executives and Business Development to support regional marketing programs and priority-account engagement.
  • Provide Sales teams with program information, invitations, promotional assets, attendee updates and follow-up materials.
  • Support strategic account and executive engagement programs for priority accounts.
  • Coordinate targeted outreach and personalized engagement activities for senior stakeholders and key buying groups.
  • Help connect customer, executive, partner and industry touchpoints into a coordinated engagement experience.
  • Maintain clear communication with Sales regarding upcoming programs, registration progress, stakeholder engagement and follow-up actions.
  • Help track engagement history and upcoming opportunities so Field Marketing and Sales can coordinate next-best actions.
  • Support account and opportunity acceleration activities tied to key regional programs.

Marketing Operations & Coordination

  • Coordinate email and landing-page requirements with appropriate Marketing teams.
  • Maintain registration lists, invitation lists, campaign documentation and program records.
  • Coordinate purchase orders, invoices and vendor documentation and help track regional marketing budgets.
  • Work directly with agencies, venues and other vendors to manage program deliverables and deadlines.
  • Ensure marketing activities follow Kinaxis brand, data management and operational processes.
  • Maintain organized program files, timelines, assets and documentation.
  • Support the creation and maintenance of regional program calendars and Sales communications.

Reporting & Measurement

  • Track program registration, attendance, engagement, leads and follow-up.
  • Support reporting on regional campaign, executive program and event performance.
  • Ensure campaign and program data is entered and maintained accurately across relevant systems.
  • Help monitor Sales follow-up and engagement progression following regional programs.
  • Compile results and insights that help the Field Marketing team evaluate performance and improve future programs.
  • Help identify which programs and interactions are driving meaningful engagement within priority accounts.
  • Identify execution improvements and share recommendations based on program experience and results.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate with colleagues across Field Marketing, Demand Generation, Digital, Content, Product Marketing, Customer Marketing, Communications and Partner Marketing.
  • Support customer and partner participation in regional programs where appropriate.
  • Build strong working relationships with North America Sales and Business Development teams.
  • Coordinate across teams to ensure executive, customer and prospect experiences feel connected rather than operating as isolated activities.
  • Participate actively in regional planning meetings, campaign discussions and program reviews.
  • Bring new ideas and recommendations that help improve execution, engagement and the overall audience experience.

 

What We Are Looking For

  • 2–4 years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in field marketing, demand generation, events, campaign marketing, executive programs or a related area.
  • Experience working in technology, SaaS or another complex B2B environment is an asset.
  • Experience supporting marketing campaigns, webinars, events, executive programs or integrated demand generation initiatives.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Collaborative approach and comfort working closely with Sales and cross-functional Marketing teams.
  • Resourceful, proactive and comfortable taking ownership of program details and solving problems.
  • Interest in learning how marketing contributes to pipeline, strategic-account engagement and executive relationship development.
  • Comfortable interacting with senior internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience with CRM, marketing automation, webinar or event platforms is an asset; Salesforce and Marketo experience are beneficial.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and collaboration/project management tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Ability to travel within North America as required for regional programs and events.
