About the team

The Enablement Architect for Supply Optimization is responsible for designing world-class enablement programs that equip Kinaxis customers, partners and internal teams with the skills required to maximize value from Supply Optimization capabilities.

 

As a subject matter expert in supply planning and optimization, this role ensures learners can effectively leverage Kinaxis solutions to balance supply, demand, inventory, capacity, and service objectives across complex supply chains.

 

The role is responsible for developing technical learning programs, architecting curriculum, and creating hands-on labs that reflect real-world supply optimization challenges and business scenarios. The Enablement Architect will provide expertise on emerging supply planning capabilities, integrations, AI-driven functionality, and advanced analytics while supporting the ongoing evolution of training, certification, and enablement programs

What you will do

  • Architect technical components of customer and partner learning programs focused on supply optimization to meet business demands and ensure high-impact enablement.
  • Design bootcamps, hands-on labs, and workshop-style classroom training that align with best practices for supply planning, optimization, and digital supply chain transformation within Maestro and the Kinaxis platform.
  • Pilot the delivery of expert-level training to customers, partners, and internal teams., and prepare for hand-off to instructors
  • Develop assessment criteria and practical exercises to validate learner proficiency in configuring, analyzing, and optimizing supply planning scenarios.
  • Contribute to the roadmap for new learning tools and improvements to existing tools, ensuring alignment with product strategy and business priorities.
  • Partner with Product Management, Services, and Enablement teams to translate new Supply Optimization functionality into scalable learning experiences.
  • Mentor internal teams on technical aspects of supply optimization capabilities and roadmap developments, ensuring agility and timely adaptation to product changes.
  • Maintain deep knowledge of Kinaxis’s applications, supply planning methodologies, training techniques, and industry trends to ensure relevance and effectiveness

Education Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Supply Chain Management, Operations Research, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline

What we are looking for

  • 5-7 years’ experience in supply planning, supply optimization, inventory optimization, or related supply chain planning functions.
  • Experience with supply planning and optimization solutions within Kinaxis Maestro, including constrained supply balancing, inventory optimization, allocation, and scenario analysis. 
  • Hands-on experience implementing supply optimization solutions, including at least two end-to-end projects.
  • Strong understanding of supply planning concepts including constrained supply, inventory targets, capacity balancing, service level trade-offs, and network considerations.
  • Ability to create high-quality technical learning programs, including curriculum design and enablement initiatives.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in dashboards, scorecards, and learning analytics.
  • Ability to identify emerging trends and integrate them into learning programs, such as AI and advanced integration functionalities.
  • Knowledge of JavaScript, modern web-oriented scripting languages, and relational databases, with strong SQL skills
  • Strong working knowledge of using Ai to develop learning programs
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • APICS certification preferred.
  • Solution Architect Level II certification (preferred).
