About the team

We're looking for a Solution Architect, Enterprise Applications to help transform how our business operates through innovative, scalable, and secure enterprise solutions.

In this role, you'll bridge business strategy and technical execution, translating complex business needs into architecture that delivers measurable outcomes. You'll provide architecture leadership across our enterprise application landscape ensuring solutions align with business priorities, enterprise standards, and long-term technology strategy. This is an opportunity for an experienced architect who thrives on solving complex challenges, influencing technology direction, and partnering with leaders across the organization to drive meaningful business impact.

What you will do

  • Translate business needs and strategic objectives into scalable, secure enterprise solutions across HR, Finance, Corporate IT,  Cloud Services, Facilities, Legal, Security, collaboration, productivity, and data platforms.
  • Lead architecture for complex, cross-functional initiatives, defining solution approaches, patterns, and technical direction.
  • Design end-to-end solutions that balance business value, user experience, security, compliance, scalability, governance, and cost efficiency.
  • Guide key architectural decisions throughout delivery, ensuring solutions remain aligned with intended business outcomes.
  • Develop architecture artifacts including solution designs, integration patterns, data flows, APIs, workflows, and architecture diagrams.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies, including AI-enabled capabilities, and recommend practical, responsible adoption opportunities.
  • Partner with business and technology leaders to shape roadmaps, evaluate technology investments, and support build-versus-buy decisions.
  • Communicate architectural recommendations, trade-offs, risks, and impacts to both technical and business audiences.
  • Mentor technical teams, lead architecture reviews, and promote reusable patterns, standards, and best practices across the organization.

What we are looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business Technology, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 7–10 years of progressive experience in solution architecture, enterprise applications architecture, or related senior technical roles.
  • Demonstrated success leading complex, enterprise-scale initiatives involving multiple business functions and stakeholders.
  • Strong expertise in architecture modeling, business process and service design, data and integration architecture, API design, and non-functional requirements.
  • Proven ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems and establish effective architectural approaches where limited precedent exists.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise security, governance, privacy, compliance, and risk management principles.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills, with the ability to drive decisions and alignment without direct authority.
