About the team

The Deployment Assurance (DA) team sits within Global Customer Care Operations and works across Sales, Delivery, Partners, and Support to identify and surface deployment risk early, enabling predictable customer outcomes without owning delivery execution.

The DA Coordinator is an entry‑level role that provides operational and administrative support to DA team mates across the deployment lifecycle. The role focuses on data accuracy, process hygiene, reporting, and coordination, ensuring that governance signals are reliable, timely, and decision‑ready.

This role executes defined operational tasks and enables the DA team to focus on judgment‑based risk assessment and governance.

What you will do

  • Maintain and update DA project records across core systems (e.g., Jira, Kantata, SharePoint) to ensure accurate and complete governance data
  • Coordinate and track DA milestones, guardrail evidence, and readiness artifacts in line with defined DA processes
  • Compile and maintain DA risk and issue logs, supporting the preparation of risk posture and project health reporting
  • Generate standard DA reports and dashboards to support visibility into deployment status, risks, and timelines
  • Support DA team by preparing materials for risk reviews, governance discussions, and escalation forums
  • Track completion of required artifacts and proactively follow up with internal teams to address gaps
  • Ensure time‑based inputs (e.g., updates, reviews, approvals) are completed on schedule and reflected accurately in systems
  • Liaise with DA team members and internal stakeholders to:
  • Exchange information
  • Answer administrative and process‑related queries
  • Escalate data or process issues where required
  • Support continuous improvement by identifying recurring data or process issues and feeding observations back to the DA team

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., business, operations, administration)

What we are looking for

  • 1–3 years of experience in administration, operations support, project coordination, or customer support roles
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a structured, process‑driven environment
  • Comfortable working with data, reports, and structured documentation
  • Able to communicate information clearly, concisely, and professionally
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative, service‑oriented mindset
  • Resourceful self‑starter who can follow defined processes while exercising sound judgment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience with project management or tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Kantata) is an asset
  • Familiarity with structured processes, checklists, and reporting frameworks preferred
