Location

 This is a remote/ hybrid position. You can work from home and be located anywhere in the USA, if you are located in Dallas, TX you would have an expectation to be in the office occasionally. 

 

About the team

The Senior Administrative Assistant provides advanced administrative support to senior leaders or complex teams. This role operates with a high degree of independence and judgment, managing competing priorities, coordinating across functions, and supporting sensitive or high-visibility activities.

This role is often viewed as a trusted partner within a business unit, contributing to team effectiveness, improving administrative processes, and supporting less experienced administrative staff.

What you will do

  • Manage complex and frequently changing calendars, meeting schedules, and competing priorities
  • Coordinate meetings, materials, and follow-ups across multiple stakeholders or functions
  • Coordinate travel and events with multiple stakeholders
  • Support cross-functional coordination and communication; act as a key point of contact within the team or function
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
  • Anticipate administrative risks, conflicts, or gaps and recommend practical solutions to keep work moving
  • Own recurring administrative processes and identify improvements
  • Share administrative knowledge, templates, and best practices to support consistency across the team or function
  • Provide guidance and support to junior administrative staff

What we are looking for

  • College diploma, or a combination of high school and a specialized accredited program (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
  • Typically requires 6+ years of related experience
  • Strong judgment and ability to manage ambiguity
  • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
  • Experience supporting senior leaders or complex teams
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Advanced proficiency in administrative tools and systems
