About the team

We’re looking for a results-driven IT Project Manager to join our Corporate IT team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering technology projects that enable business outcomes, improve operational efficiency, and support our enterprise technology roadmap.

 

You will partner closely with IT leaders, business stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams to drive disciplined execution, manage risk, and ensure projects are delivered on time, on scope, and on budget. This is a hands-on role that blends project governance, stakeholder management, and delivery leadership in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Salary Range

Annual cash compensation ranges from $109,600 to $120,000 plus a discretionary 10% company bonus. The final offer within this range will reflect the successful candidate’s skills and experience.

What you will do

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of IT projects using established project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid, as appropriate).
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, risk registers, and dependency tracking.
  • Serve as the primary point of accountability for assigned projects, ensuring scope, timeline, cost, and quality commitments are met.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to clarify requirements, success criteria, and expected outcomes.
  • Coordinate cross-functional delivery teams, including application teams, infrastructure, security, vendors, and business SMEs.
  • Proactively identify, assess, and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies; escalate when appropriate with clear recommendations.
  • Drive effective project governance, including status reporting, steering committee updates, and decision tracking.
  • Ensure alignment between project execution and broader IT strategy, architecture standards, and security/compliance requirements.
  • Manage vendor relationships related to project delivery, including statements of work, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Support change readiness by coordinating with change management, communications, and training partners as needed.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of IT project management practices, templates, and standards.
  • Promote transparency, accountability, and a delivery-focused culture across project teams.

What we are looking for

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Business, Engineering, or a relevant field or equivalent work experience
  • 5+ years of experience managing IT projects in a medium to large enterprise environment.
  • PMP®, PRINCE2®, or equivalent project management certification (required or in progress).
  • Agile/Scrum certification (CSM, SAFe, or equivalent) – nice to have.
  • ITIL Foundation – nice to have.
  • Proven track record delivering complex, cross-functional technology initiatives.
  • Experience working in both Agile and Waterfall delivery models.
  • Strong understanding of IT delivery domains (applications, infrastructure, cloud, security, data).
  • Experience managing vendors and third-party delivery partners.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with competing priorities.
  • Strong financial acumen, including budget tracking and forecasting.
  • Experience working within formal governance and PMO frameworks.
  • Familiarity with change management concepts and business readiness considerations.
