About the role

The Senior AI Product Manager, AI is responsible for defining, delivering, and scaling AIpowered products,

platforms, or capabilities that are strategically critical and highly visible across the organization.

 

The incumbent will own endtoend outcomes for complex AIdriven products or product lines, where value is delivered through various AI techniques such as machine learning (supervised and unsupervised), deep learning, natural language processing and generative AI.

 

As a trusted advisor to senior leadership, the Senior Product Manager, AI shapes longterm AI product strategy, translates business and user needs into AIspecific product requirements, and leads crossfunctional teams through the uncertainty, risk, and iteration inherent in AIbased systems.

What you will do

  • In partnership with PM leaders, define and evolve a longterm product vision and roadmap for AIpowered products, platforms, or capabilities, aligned to business strategy and customer outcomes.
  • Effectively communicate AI product strategy, roadmap, progress, risks, and outcomes to executive audiences.
  • Identify and prioritize opportunities where AI can deliver meaningful differentiation, measurable impact, and scalable value.
  • Partner closely with AI, platform and application engineering teams to prioritize feature development, model improvements, experimentation, and technical debt.
  • Contribute to strategic planning, product portfolio decisions, commercialization, and gotomarket strategies for AIenabled offerings.
  • Lead controlled rollout of AI products through early innovation programs, and phased commercialization, incorporating usage data, feedback, and risk signals to refine autonomy, pricing, and packaging over time.
  • Translate business problems and user needs into AIspecific product requirements
  • Verify AI products provide all required functionalities to support customer and business workflows and success criteria, ensuring they reflect realworld processes and decision tradeoffs
  • Proactively assess and mitigate specific risks, including security, privacy and compliance
  • Conduct in-depth market analyses and competitive research to identify opportunities and threats, and risks.
  • Leverage insight and analysis to effectively pivot and shape product strategy
  • Build deep, trusted relationships with customers, partners, and senior internal stakeholders to inform strategic direction and validate product value.
  • Develop partner relationships where AI capabilities are trusted, ensuring quality, performance, and
    alignment with product standards.

What we are looking for

Primary Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Operations, Supply Chain, or related field. MBA or relevant advanced degree is an asset.
  • 7–10 years of experience in Product Management within a complex, global SaaS or technology organization, with meaningful ownership of AIenabled products.
  • Strong product leadership experience across the full product lifecycle, from discovery and strategy to go-to-market (launch, scaling) and optimization.
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguous, fastevolving problem spaces; able to pivot based on learning, data, and business priorities.
  • Exceptional analytical, criticalthinking, and problemsolving skills.
  • Clear, confident communicator able to explain complex AI concepts and tradeoffs to senior and executive stakeholders.

RoleSpecific Skills & Experience

  • Demonstrated experience managing AIcentric products (machine learning, deep learning, NLP, intelligent automation, or generative AI).
  • Experience or demonstrated leadership in AI Agents, agentic workflows, or autonomous decision systems, beyond singlemodel or predictiononly AI
  • Strong knowledge of AI and machine learning fundamentals
  • Proven ability to define success criteria across AI product engineering, user experience, and business impact.
  • Experience partnering with Services teams, AI and platform engineering, and design teams using agile product development practices.
  • Strong financial and business acumen, including experience influencing investment decisions, prioritization, and pricing or packaging strategy.
  • Highly influential leader with a track record of gaining senior stakeholder buyin for complex, longterm product strategies.
  • Exceptional relationshipbuilding skills across technical and nontechnical audiences.
  • Willingness to travel up to 20%
