This is a remote position. You can work from home and be located anywhere in the United Kingdom.

About the team

The Senior Instructor within Training and Enablement, as a fully proficient and seasoned professional, will be responsible for developing applied learning curriculum and deliver product education services to global customers, internal employees, and partners.  They will enhance and formalize emerging knowledge programs and support the launching of innovative new deliverables.

What you will do

  • Responsible for developing product knowledge certification programs.
  • Design and facilitate bootcamps, labs, and workshop style classroom training to Kinaxis customers, partners, and employees for Rapid Response.
  • This includes customization and development of new courseware to support customer specific training material for both instructor-led, and Virtual instructor-led training.
  • Drive transformation activities to ensure effective adoption of product lines with audiences spanning from new to advanced users leveraging existing and customized courseware.
  • Consult and collaborate by building relationships with internal teams (documentation, curriculum, project management, product groups, partner organization and deployment consultants) to develop roadmaps for new learning tools and enhancements to existing tools.
  • Design and maintain knowledge and documentation management systems and processes.
  • Develop reporting metrics, including learner assessments and an operational dashboard to provide insights and informed decision making.
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills. Shares knowledge and provides clear and concise documentation.
  • Coach and mentor new instructors including Authorized Training Partner instructors.
  • Maintain product knowledge of Kinaxis applications, training techniques, and the supply chain management industry.

What we are looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline
  • 5-7 years of related experience in developing, Supply chain Management
  • Experience of implementing Maestro (Minimum of one end to end project)
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in training, preferably in Supply Chain Management
  • Directly related experience with analytics, dashboards, and scorecards
  • Demonstrates credibility and integrity to garner respect from multiple contacts and provides service excellence.
  • Professional certification(s) within APICS
  • A clear, concise, and professional communicator with the ability to present complex information and demonstrate knowledge to challenge the status quo and engage the listener at the appropriate level. Active listening skills with the ability to manage ambiguity and consider input from others to determine the best course of action. Use of empathy and influence during interactions.
  • Intermediate to advanced skill in MS Office, Kinaxis product knowledge
  • Knowledge of Java script and modern web-oriented scripting languages
  • Experience working with relational databases and strong technical and SQL skills.
  • Work is conducted globally within multiple time zones that require the incumbent to adapt and be flexible to meet the work requirements.
  • Work is conducted within the standards and practices of Kinaxis Inc. Adherence to all security and confidentiality is required. May involve multiple project demands, regularly non-routine hours (Saturdays, evenings), on-call environment, provide high quality work within time demands, with the requirement of up to 20% travel. A valid passport is required.
  • Literacy in English language is required, additional languages are considered an asset.
