About the team

 

We are looking for a Senior SuccessFactors Associate to join our HR Systems team. In this role, you will serve as a subject‑matter expert across multiple SAP SuccessFactors modules, supporting configuration, enhancements, and day‑to‑day operations. You’ll collaborate closely with HR partners to optimize workflows, implement new features, and ensure a seamless experience for employees and managers across the globe.

As we adopt next‑generation capabilities, you will also contribute to Joule AI enablement within SuccessFactors, helping Kinaxis leverage intelligent insights, system‑embedded guidance, and AI‑driven HR processes.

What you will do

  • Support the enhancement of SuccessFactors modules including Performance & Goals, Succession & Career and Talent Development, Onboarding 2.0, Employee Central and Compensation, and Reporting
  • Well versed with best practices to leverage the highest value from SuccessFactors modules, delivering an exceptional manager and employee experience
  • Support the rollout, configuration, and ongoing user adoption of SAP Joule AI within SuccessFactors, including use‑case configuration and testing.
  • Partner with HR teams to define opportunities where Joule can streamline tasks, accelerate insights, and improve decision‑making and translate them into system roadmaps
  • Manage SuccessFactors role base permissions including requests to access sensitive HR data, reports and for module enhancement requests
  • Conduct workshops, meetings with users having elevated access, to gather detailed requirements and provide training on system functionalities
  • Support governance strategy in partnership with IT, Security, Partner consultants and business stakeholders
  • Support deployment of SAP SuccessFactors releases i.e. review release notes, prepare test scripts, configure, communicate changes to impacted HR teams, etc.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve business related issues, as they relate to SuccessFactors

What we are looking for

 

Primary Skills and Qualifications

    • 3-5 years of hands‑on relevant SAP SuccessFactors configuration and maintenance experience.
    • Expertise in one or more key modules (Employee Central, Onboarding, etc.).
    • Strong understanding of HR processes and how technology can improve them
    • Ability to troubleshoot complex issues and handle sensitive data with integrity.
    • Experience supporting global HR teams and handling sensitive data with integrity.
    • Experience in Joule would be considered an asset 

Role Specific Skills and experience

    • Self-Starter who is adaptable and flexible along with ability to take initiatives and work in a remote team setting
    • A continuous‑improvement mindset with the ability to innovate using emerging technologies.
    • Strong communication skills with an ability to explain technical concepts in business-friendly language.
