About the team

The Partner Field Marketing Specialist executes high-impact, partner-first marketing programs that bring Kinaxis’ global partner strategy to life in the regions.

This important role serves as the bridge between global partner marketing and regional field marketing — ensuring that partner-led programs are executed seamlessly, aligned with field and sales priorities, and deliver measurable business results.

You’ll collaborate closely with partners, field marketing, sales, and product teams to plan and deliver joint campaigns, events, and co-marketing activities that expand awareness, generate demand, and accelerate pipeline growth. You’ll use data, digital tools, and creative problem-solving to ensure every program is executed efficiently and consistently with Kinaxis’ brand and partner strategy.

What you will do

Program Execution

  • Execute regional partner marketing programs aligned with Kinaxis’ global partner and alliance strategy.
  • Work with Partner Account Managers, Field Marketing, and Sales to deliver partner-led campaigns, events, and co-marketing activities that complement regional demand generation efforts.
  • Integrate partner programs seamlessly with Field Marketing initiatives — ensuring partners amplify and complement regional campaigns.
  • Collaborate with brand, content, digital, product, and events teams to create or adapt co-branded materials and partner-facing content.
  • Manage the MDF process for assigned partners — from proposal through execution and ROI tracking.
  • Use analytics and reporting tools to measure results, surface insights, and recommend improvements.
  • Ensure programs are executed on time, within budget, and to brand and partner standards.

Partner Enablement and Scaling

  • Maintain a shared library of partner marketing resources, templates, and assets to support consistent execution.
  • Ensure partner messaging and materials align with global frameworks while being tailored for regional markets.
  • Work with product marketing and partner teams to prepare partners for new product launches and solution campaigns.
  • Gather and share partner success stories, best practices, and regional insights to inform future programs.
  • Support partners in using Kinaxis marketing tools, content, and resources to drive joint go-to-market success.

Collaboration and Alignment

  • Collaborate across Partner, Marketing, Sales, Field Marketing, and Product teams to align on objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
  • Work hand-in-hand with Field Marketing to embed partners into customer-facing campaigns and events, ensuring joint initiatives amplify regional pipeline goals.
  • Provide feedback and insights from regional programs to inform global planning and strategy.
  • Contribute to a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement in partner marketing delivery.

What we are looking for

  • 3-5 years of related B2B marketing experience, ideally within enterprise software, SaaS, or technology ecosystems.
  • Experience in partner or channel marketing, including co-marketing program delivery.
  • Strong understanding of partner ecosystems, alliance models, and joint go-to-market motions.
  • Proven success managing multiple projects across teams, partners, and regions.
  • Skilled in collaboration across marketing, sales, field, and product functions.
  • Ability to use digital tools and analytics to measure outcomes and optimize performance.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and attention to detail.
  • Experience with platforms such as Salesforce, Highspot, Allbound, or similar tools is an asset.

Annual cash compensation ranges from $62,250 to $91,300, plus a discretionary 8% company bonus. The final offer within this range will reflect the successful candidate’s skills and experience.
