About the team

The Enablement Architect for Enterprise Scheduling within the Training and Enablement team is responsible for designing state-of-the-art learning programs to equip the company’s ecosystem with the skills needed to support its global expansion. By leveraging expertise in Enterprise Scheduling, the Enablement Architect ensures that customers, partners, and internal stakeholders are empowered with the knowledge to drive value through the company’s solutions.

 

This role involves developing and delivering technical learning programs, architecting training content, and creating hands-on labs that reflect real-world use cases primarily for the Enterprise scheduling domain. The Enablement Architect will provide subject matter expertise on emerging functionalities such as integrations, AI, and other advanced product capabilities, while supporting the ongoing evolution of training, certification, and enablement programs.

What you will do

  • Architect technical components of customer and partner learning programs, primarily in the Enterprise Scheduling domain, to meet business demands and ensure high-impact enablement.
  • Design and deliver bootcamps, hands-on labs, and workshop-style classroom training that align with best practices and support customers digital transformation in both Maestro as well as Enterprise Scheduling.
  • Deliver expert-level training to customers, partners, and internal teams.
  • Develop assessment criteria for hands-on labs to validate skill acquisition and ensure readiness across the product ecosystem.
  • Provide expertise to design, develop, and enhance curriculum, certifications, and enablement initiatives.
  • Contribute to the roadmap for new learning tools and improvements to existing tools, ensuring alignment with business priorities.
  • Mentor internal teams on technical aspects of the product roadmap, ensuring agility and timely adaptation to changes.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Kinaxis’s applications, training techniques, and trends in supply chain management to ensure relevance and effectiveness.

What we are looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Supply Chain Management, or related discipline
  • 5-7 years’ experience in Enterprise Scheduling
  • Hands-on experience implementing Enterprise scheduling, including at least two end-to-end projects.
  • Ability to create and deliver high-quality technical learning programs, including curriculum design and enablement initiatives.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in dashboards, scorecards, and learning analytics.
  • Ability to identify emerging trends and integrate them into learning programs, such as AI and advanced integration functionalities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Kinaxis product knowledge.
  • Knowledge of JavaScript, modern web-oriented scripting languages, and relational databases, with strong SQL skills.
  • Strong working knowledge of using Ai to develop learning programs
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • APICS certification preferred.
  • Solution Architect Level II certification (preferred).
