  • Utilize ServiceNow to manage employee inquiries, resolve Tier 1 cases, and escalate complex issues to appropriate subject matter experts
  • Respond to Tier 2 inquiries within your area of expertise, providing thoughtful and timely support to employees and managers
  • Support global business travel and visa processes, including preparing support letters, advising on travel requirements, and coordinating with third-party vendors
  • Collaborate with the Global Mobility Lead to ensure a seamless and compliant experience for employees relocating or travelling internationally

  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities without compromising quality
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to support employees and managers across all levels
  • A continuous improvement mindset with the ability to follow structured processes while identifying opportunities for enhancement
