Location

This is a remote position. You can work from home and be located anywhere in Mexico.

There is also a high level of travel required in the position.

About the role

The Solution Consultant will be responsible for understanding Kinaxis customers’ most pressing business performance challenges and will be committed to helping our customers solve complex issues in their supply chain management practice. In this role, you will work with new and existing customers and will provide expert guidance in integrating our product offerings so that our customers can start to experience the immediate value of Kinaxis solutions.
You will independently implement the business requirements into Kinaxis Maestro software specifications through product configurations, often ranging from medium to high level complexity.

What you will do

  • Configure Kinaxis Maestro software based on customer business requirements, ensuring solution configurations are of high quality, aligned with user stories, and completed in accordance with project timelines.
  • Apply increasingly complex mathematical models to improve customer supply chain performance and achieve business objectives.
  • Update solution documentation and contribute to process improvements for future documentation requirements.
  • Execute the validation and testing of the solution, capture user feedback and consult the Solution Architect or Senior Solution Consultants on best approach to resolve roadblocks.
  • Participate in deployment workshops with customers with a focus on guiding and training end users on how the Maestro solution was configured in relation to their business requirements and how to achieve immediate value from their investment.
  • Provide continued support to the customer during the testing phase of the project to ensure the customer understands the solution and how it integrates into their supply chain management objectives and practices.
  • Explain product value and common supply chain concepts, industry trends and best practices to project team members and customer team.
  • See to any other reasonable project related task assigned.
