At Kinaxis, the Product Operations team helps product teams scale efficiently by improving processes, tools, and cross-functional collaboration. It acts as the connective tissue between product management, engineering, go-to-market teams, deployment, support and customer success. It ensures clear communication, alignment, and accountability, empowering teams to move swiftly while focusing on core objectives.
As an Operations Lead, you will manage cross-functional investment(s) of varying complexity that enable strategic execution working with Product, Engineering, and Go-to-Market (GTM) which includes Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and Enablement. You will streamline delivery by proactively identifying blockers, facilitating coordination, and managing scope and
interdependencies. You’ll help ensure both input metrics (effort, velocity, activity) and output
metrics (results, outcomes) are aligned with our company goals.
