Kinaxis has a well-established team of Sales and Professional Services professionals across the US. Our newest office is based in Irving’s Las Colinas development and will serve as a centralized hub where employees and customers from across the US can come together to work towards solving some of the biggest challenges facing supply chains.

The Sales Development Representative team at Kinaxis partners closely with Sales to generate excitement and qualified opportunities around our solutions. As an SDR, you will identify and qualify new prospects to fuel our sales pipeline.
You will play a critical role in driving business growth and expanding our market presence through initiating and building strategic relationships, qualifying prospects, and developing qualified business opportunities which contribute significantly to the overall sales pipeline. Working closely with both marketing and sales teams, you will engage in marketing activities and campaigns to build relationships, be responsible for initial contact with prospective clients, and generate and qualify sales opportunities.
You will be accountable for generating qualified leads and transitioning these leads to our Account Executive team.
Identify and connect with high-potential customers through targeted outreach across phone, email, social media, and events
Qualify inbound and outbound leads, ensuring alignment with Kinaxis’ ideal customer profile
Conduct discovery calls, lead initial meetings, and clearly articulate how Kinaxis solutions address prospect challenges
Schedule and transition qualified opportunities to Account Executives
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Enablement to align strategies and optimize lead generation
Maintain accurate records of all interactions and pipeline activity in Salesforce, Gong, and other sales tools
Source new contacts using platforms like ZoomInfo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Share prospect and market insights to refine messaging and improve go-to-market strategies
Continuously build and manage a healthy pipeline of qualified sales opportunities
Stay informed on industry trends, competitors, and supply chain challenges to position Kinaxis effectively
Participate in training and local trade shows to support pipeline growth and personal development
Demonstrate a clear understanding of Kinaxis’ value proposition to drive demand and awareness
Proven self-starter with a track record of exceeding goals
Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Eager to learn and passionate about technology, especially supply chain and SaaS solutions
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to understand business-critical challenges
Experience with Salesforce; familiarity with ZoomInfo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Willingness to travel up to 20%; valid passport required
