About the team

Supply chain orchestration has never been more critical for the purpose-driven organization that is
looking to drive benefits for people, the planet, and their own profitability. The Kinaxis product
management team works closely with business and IT leaders from many of the most innovative
companies in the world to help them use their supply chain to gain a competitive advantage by
delivering improved organizational outcomes across key corporate objectives.

 

We are looking for a strategic and technically skilled Product Manager to lead the development and
evolution of our platform services for orchestration and integration within the supply chain domain.
Reporting to the VP, Platform Innovation & Product Management, this role is critical in enabling
seamless data and process integration across logistics, procurement, inventory, and fulfillment
systems—driving automation, visibility, and agility across the end-to-end supply chain.

What you will do

  • Consult and contribute to the definition and execution of the product vision for orchestration and integration services that support supply chain operations
  • Support the development and ongoing refinement of the product roadmap for integration services across ERP, WMS, TMS, OMS and supplier systems
  • Drive the development of APIs, EDI connectors, event-driven workflows, and data pipelines to support real-time supply chain orchestration.
  • Enable seamless integration with third-party logistics providers, suppliers, and marketplaces.
  • Ensure platform services comply with industry standards (e.g., GS1, EDI, ISO), data privacy, and security regulations.
  • Create and manage a roadmap for API gateway, ESB, AI Gateway.
  • Collaborate with engineering, supply chain leaders, and external partners to understand integration needs and pain points.
  • Stay current with supply chain technology trends such as control towers, digital twins, and AI-driven orchestration

What we are looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years in supply chain or logistics technology.
  • Experience with supply chain control towers, digital supply chain platforms, or IoT integration.
  • Knowledge of global trade compliance, logistics networks, and supplier collaboration platforms.
  • Background in software engineering or systems architecture.
  • Experience with API gateways and API management platforms – Kong first choice - (e.g., Apigee, MuleSoft Anypoint, Azure API Management).
  • Experience with asynchronous messaging systems (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ, Azure Service Bus) and event-driven architectures.
  • Understanding of how to integrate AI/ML models into supply chain workflows (e.g., demand forecasting, anomaly detection, intelligent routing).
  • Proficiency in designing and managing data pipelines, ETL/ELT processes, and real-time data streaming for operational and analytical use cases.
  • Familiarity with ESB platforms (e.g., MuleSoft, Kafka, IBM Integration Bus) for orchestrating services and managing complex integrations.
  • Experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, API gateways (e.g., Apigee, Kong, AWS API Gateway), and full API lifecycle management.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Understanding of ERP, WMS, TMS, OMS, and their integration patterns.
  • Strong ability to translate technical concepts into business value and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Demonstrated experience Increasing automation and visibility across supply chain processes.
  • Track record of improving system reliability and real-time data availability, and enhancing user satisfaction and operational efficiency
