About the role

The Partner Marketing Lead plays a critical role in accelerating our global partner ecosystem through strategic alliance marketing, joint go-to-market planning, and partner engagement initiatives. This role is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive partner marketing strategies that not only drive awareness and demand but also strengthen strategic alliances and fuel ecosystem growth.

What you will do

  • Develop and manage strategic co-marketing plans with key partners and alliances, aligning initiatives to business objectives, target markets, and ecosystem growth priorities.
  • Create and execute integrated, partner-focused programs across online and offline channels to drive joint pipeline generation, market expansion, and partner enablement.
  • Partner with alliances and strategic partner managers to craft joint value propositions, messaging, and campaigns that strengthen market positioning and accelerate growth.
  • Plan and run a mix of joint events — webinars, executive roundtables, field events, and relationship-building engagements — tailored to priority alliances and partners.
  • Build and nurture trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment across Marketing, Partner, Sales, and Product teams on joint strategies.
  • Contribute to our social media and digital footprint by promoting joint success stories, campaigns, and thought leadership from across our ecosystem.
  • Develop and manage annual and quarterly partner and alliance marketing plans, including associated budgets, KPIs, and reporting to measure ROI and optimize performance.
  • Leverage data, analytics, and partner feedback to monitor program effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and continuously refine our partner marketing strategies.
  • Execute strategic campaigns and initiatives that support joint business goals through a mix of tactics, including events, thought leadership, PR, social, digital, and account-based marketing (ABM) approaches.

What we are looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
  • 5–7+ years of progressive experience in partner and alliance marketing, field marketing, or strategic marketing roles.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive ecosystem growth through strategic planning, partner marketing, and collaborative execution.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and align cross-functional and partner teams toward a common vision.
  • Exceptional project management skills and the ability to manage multiple complex initiatives in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision making and marketing performance optimization.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience developing joint messaging and positioning with partners.
  • Experience working with CRM, marketing automation platforms, and project management tools such as Salesforce, Microsoft Project, Wrike, or Jira.
