This is a remote position. You can work from home and be located anywhere in Mexico.

 

About the role

The Change Manager is an experienced professional in Kinaxis’ Professional Services (PS) team, responsible for leading process transformation initiatives to improve project delivery efficiency and effectiveness. As the Change Manager, you will drive and accelerate adoption of business-driven and company-led change initiatives that impact PS, focusing on process transformation, driving adoption of new tools and technologies that enhance service delivery capabilities, engagement activities and capability uplift within the team. Utilizing your expertise in change management frameworks and structured methodologies, you will develop and implement strategies that guide effective execution of strategic change initiatives within PS organization.

What you will do

  • Design, execute and manage comprehensive change management plans for business initiatives including creating effective communication plans with appropriate audience messaging.
  • Conduct impact and readiness assessments to identify and manage change risks and opportunities. Develop change management strategies and action plans for the PS organization, considering the different needs of each region.
  • Track and report on issues and business impact metrics related to change initiatives. Define success metrics and monitor progress / impact of adoption of change initiatives.
  • Develop and manage a network of change champions across PS to enable accelerated adoption of new methods, processes and tools.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to champion change initiatives and address any resistance or challenges.
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Delivery teams to roll out tool and process changes.
  • Understand the vision and objectives of the PS organization and collaborate with subject matter experts to shape our overarching enablement framework and necessary upskilling interventions, including embedding new training pilots as standard training offerings.
  • Facilitate a positive culture and high engagement within our remote workforce through ongoing routine communications and driving engagement initiatives.
  • Act as central point of contact for change related communication and queries.
     

What we are looking for

Primary Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Management disciplines. Equivalent work experience will be considered.
  • 5+ years of experience leading initiatives in organizational change management, business transformation, communications or employee engagement in complex business environments.
  • Experience in conducting organizational assessments, stakeholder analysis, and developing strategies to ensure smooth transitions.
  • Strong knowledge and application of change management frameworks and methodologies.
  • Professional certification in change management including PROSCI, Kotter, or ADKAR is as asset.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to craft clear, concise messaging for various audiences.
  • Deep understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices. Project Management certification is a plus.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and SharePoint.
  • Excellent influencing and interpersonal skills. Able to gain consensus between organizations where competing priorities exist and engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience of Miro and Synthesia preferred.
  • Must have a passion for championing customer experience.
  • Curious and creative; challenges boundaries by questioning both limitations and possibilities; demonstrates determined problem-solving and persistence.
  • Collaborative and flexible, able to draw together and work with cross-functional and geographically dispersed teams.

  • Able to break down ambiguous or complex processes into understandable or manageable chunks to drive user adoption and satisfaction.
  • Strong process orientation and a solid understanding of organizational change management principles, methodologies, tools and best practices.
  • Excellent active listening skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex situations, set goals and objectives, and manage situations to satisfactory completion.
  • Acute business acumen and understanding of business processes and organizational challenges.
  • Additional certifications or experience in training or process improvement are beneficial.
  • Work with virtual teams located in different time zones and with differing cultures
