About the role

As a senior and key member of the Solution Assurance Team, the Principal Architect, Technology will lead the review of technology solutions designs and drive the specific stages of data integration throughout the deployment of Kinaxis solutions. Through their understanding Kinaxis customers’ most pressing business and supply chain challenges, the incumbent will offer expert guidance ensuring seamless system integration and immediate value realization in complex supply chain environments. The role will work on Partner led Maestro deployment engagements and guide partners and customers on best practices throughout the lifecycle of the deployment.

What you will do

  • Evaluate the overall data integration roadmap for deployments and provide expert guidance on creative technology solution, aligning with customer business needs and best practices.
  • Provide technical expertise in highly complex system integrations, including validation, testing of the solution and optimization of data flows.
  • Support customers and partners in identifying and implementing solutions tailored to
  • individual data flows, leveraging deep proficiency in Kinaxis Integration Platform Suite, Maestro data model, and REST based API Integration capabilities.
  • Identify risks to system integrations and provide inputs on developing mitigation plans for deployments.
  • Provide technical expertise and recommendations during critical deployment escalations to resolve complex data integration or conversion challenges.
  • Drive adoption of integration best practice on deployments to ensure robust and scalable solutions.
  • Manage multiple engagements simultaneously, fostering strong collaboration with partners and customers

What we are looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Research, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Statistics, Information Technology or a related field.
  • 7 – 10 years’ experience in business software consulting or software deployment, preferably in supply chain.
  • 5+ years as an Integration expert for enterprise level supply chain transformation projects, deploying Kinaxis Maestro solutions and applications.
  • Proven leadership, interpersonal and coaching/mentoring capabilities within a dedicated work team.
  • Proficiency with the software deployment life cycle; including business requirements definition, review of functional specifications, development of test plans, testing, user training, and deployment.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, time management, and customer relationship skills.
  • Excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills.
