Our newest office is based in Irving’s Las Colinas development and will serve as a centralized hub where employees and customers from across the US can come together to work towards solving some of the biggest challenges facing supply chains.

About the team

The Field Marketing Lead, North America will develop, manage, and execute regional marketing plans and programs aimed at targeting, engaging, and accelerating prospect accounts through the sales cycle in support of Kinaxis’ go-to-market (GTM) strategy.

The role is responsible for strategy development and execution of regional marketing programs that raise awareness for Kinaxis and support pipeline and revenue generation from our North American target account list.

This role will work closely with our regional sales team, business development team, and across the global marketing team to effectively deliver programs that support our business goals.

What you will do

  • Develop regional strategies and plans in support of sales and marketing annual goals that build awareness with target accounts and drive them into and through the funnel.
  • Deliver industry- and account-focused programs using a mix of online and offline marketing channels to generate leads and sales pipeline, including regional events and roundtables, email marketing, regional paid marketing program opportunities, webinars, etc.
  • Plan and execute regional event programs, both owned and paid, in alignment with Kinaxis’ GTM focus. Work in partnership with our Strategic Events team to maximize our investment and deliver against our goals. Drive the development and execution of a strong pre/during/post-event communications plan, facilitate the scheduling of 1:1 meetings and ancillary activities.
  • Collaborate with regional sales and global marketing teams to determine key messaging, content, customer stories, and channels for regional prospect engagement. Support the development of marketing content that supports this process, including sales interaction with key target accounts.
  • Contribute to the development of regional customer stories, ensuring they include key pain points, use cases, and results to support sales cycle and pipeline goals.
  • Partner with communications team to drive thought leadership and awareness in local region, ensuring PR program that aligns to regional goals.
  • Contribute to our social media presence in North America and monitor relevant social discussions about Kinaxis and our competitors.

What we are looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising communications, business, or related
  • 5-7 years progressive experience in field marketing with business-to-business software experience, focused on demand generation and / or field marketing.  
  • Strong interpersonal skills, demonstrating an ability to persuade, negotiate, and collaborate.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision making, including campaign performance measurement and optimization.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with in-person, virtual, and hybrid event programming.
  • Proficiency with marketing and sales platforms, such as Highspot, Salesforce, Eloqua, PowerBI, Wrike, etc.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills including mentoring, influencing and team collaboration.
  • Data-driven mindset, using analytical skills to guide and impact program performance.
