About the team

As a member of the Center of Excellence team, you understand our customers’ most pressing business and performance needs and you are committed to helping our customers solve complex challenges throughout their customer journey.

 

You will work closely with Product, Sales, Professional Services and Support teams, collaborating to drive customer success.  You will also provide guidance and advocate for the Center of Excellence point of view on Kinaxis best practices within the broader Kinaxis eco-system.

What you will do

  • Articulate the value of the Kinaxis solution throughout the customer journey and serve as a product and supply chain subject matter expert
  • Respond to our customers’ business-critical needs, determining issue root cause and driving plans to rapid resolution through the investigation of complex data and algorithm configurations
  • Provide functional and technical guidance to internal and partner organizations during design and development to best leverage Maestro capabilities while delivering high-quality solutions
  • Research, define, advise and present on Maestro best practices
  • Drive continuous value for customers, ensuring alignment on key business drivers and recommending tactical and strategic improvements for customer satisfaction and adoption
  • Partner with the Product organization to ensure business use cases for new features are well defined, understood and meeting market needs

What we are looking for

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Information Technology or a related field
  • Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in supply chain management disciplines, and/or business software consulting
  • Minimum of 4 years of deep expertise in Supply Chain software. Preference is given to candidates with Maestro experience (Integration/Solution Development/Authoring) and certifications.  Strong techno-functional knowledge of SAP, Oracle or other ERP systems is also an asset
  • Deep domain knowledge of one or more functional supply chain planning processes such as S&OP, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Production Planning and/or Inventory Management
  • Excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills, able to synthesize a high volume of complex information to determine and guide teams towards the best course of action
  • Strong mentorship, presentation, and communication skills
  • Solid understanding of the Customer Journey
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform well in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Ability to travel 25-40%
