Location

This is a remote position. You can work from home and be located anywhere in United Kingdom.

About the team

The Campaign Lead is responsible for leading, orchestrating and measuring global campaigns focused on key initiatives and programs. In this position, the individual will play a pivotal role in developing campaign plans that generate market awareness to drive pipeline creation and acceleration.

 

Reporting to the Senior Director, Integrated Marketing, this position will lead, build and monitor global multi-touch campaigns plans including both inbound and outbound tactics and will act as the liaison between marketing, solutions marketing, and GTM teams. The role will require close collaboration with the creative and content teams and regional field marketing teams to ensure programs are designed to adapt to market requirements and regional priorities.

What you will do

  • Design and execute global, complex and multi-channel marketing campaigns to create awareness and market leadership in key segments
  • Project manage the end-to-end campaign process from ideation to execution working with cross-functional teams
  • Ensure all marketing programs align to our corporate vision, go to market priorities, themes and brand guidelines
  • Leverage insights into content and tactic preference by intent, persona and buyer’s journey stages to deliver the right program and content at the right time
  • Tailor programs and messaging to align to prospect, customer, and industry-specific initiatives
  • Leverage data and analytics to monitor campaign effectiveness, optimize performance, and identify opportunities for improvement and to inform future program design
  • Utilize marketing automation and CRM platforms (6Sense, Linkedin, Highspot, Salesforce) to build, launch and track campaigns, manage lead nurturing workflows and measure campaign performance and ROI
  • Stay informed about industry trends, best practices and emerging technologies in campaign and ABM marketing

What we are looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business or related field
  • 5-7 years’ progressive work experience including experience B2B marketing with a focus on account-based marketing, campaign management, or demand generation
  • Demonstrated success in developing, leading and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive engagement, lead generation, and revenue growth
  • Proficiency in marketing automation and CRM platforms and experience with account-based marketing tools and technologies
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision making, including campaign performance measurement and optimization
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders
  • Second European language highly beneficial; French or German.
