The HR Reporting & Governance Specialist, as a fully proficient professional, is responsible for HR Audit, Governance and Systems projects to define, develop and manage HR Corporate reporting requirements. They provide technical guidance, influence, and leadership to stakeholders while conducting full business lifecycle analysis, including needs assessment, implementation, process improvement, and ensuring practice in compliance.

 

The incumbent collaborates and partners with stakeholders across the business to build business case(s) that drive business recommendations and results for HR Operations, identify and prioritize data and reporting needs and transform those into actionable insights that drive results to achieve service excellence.

What you will do

  • Consult with multiple teams (Finance, Strategy, IT, Risk & Sustainability) to develop reporting measurements that contribute to the development and tracking of key HR metrics for Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Total Rewards and DEI.
  • Extract data from a variety of sources to consolidate information and develop qualitative and quantitative reports and dashboards that impact decision making to meet business requirements.
  • Develop and submit board reports, balanced scorecard metrics, and additional management information metrics to stakeholders across the business that provide measurable insights to build value within business units.
  • Continuously improve HR tools, data, and reports to meet the current and future needs of the business, and alert stakeholders to trends in the data that should be monitored.
  • Lead implementation of advanced reporting modules within SuccessFactors.
  • Monitor and submit information to various external regulatory bodies as legislatively required.
  • Perform periodic audits to ensure HR systems contain up-to-date data and reports are accurate.
  • Coordinate and support internal and external audits for HR systems and processes ensuring continued compliance.

What we are looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Applications, Human Resources, Business, or a related field
  • 5 years of progressive experience in a related field of expertise, working with HR Reporting, Systems, and Governance.
  • Analytical, problem solving, and critical thinking skills with the ability to coordinate input from multiple sources to develop impactful recommendations to achieve results for the business.
  • A clear, concise, and professional communicator with the ability to present complex information to various audiences and demonstrate knowledge within direct and indirect team.
  • Experience working with information that requires accuracy, attention to detail, using organization skills and agility while managing multiple and sometimes conflicting priorities.
  • Highly adaptable and able to pivot based on prioritization and needs of the business; proactively solicits feedback to ensure alignment.
  • Resilient with a sense of urgency and work in a fast paced, innovation driven, and ambiguous environment.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and experienced collaborator with global stakeholders.
  • Advanced skills in MS Office, HR Information Systems, preferably SuccessFactors.
  • Hands-on experience with reporting and data visualization tools, preferably PowerBI.
  • Experience in partnering with members of an organization responsible for Environmental, Social, and Governance, and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion programs, translating data and metrics into consumable content for a diverse audience.
  • Experience supporting the build of data models that contribute to Program strategy and goals.
