Our newest office is based in Irving’s Las Colinas development and will serve as a centralized hub where employees and customers from across the US can come together to work towards solving some of the biggest challenges facing supply chains.

About the team

Are you ready for your next career step applying and leveraging your consulting and/or supply planning experience to support Digital Business Transformation ? This is an ideal opportunity for anyone working in a Professional Services role. As a Learning Architect dedicated to Kinaxis Customer Enablement, you will focus on delivering tailored education services to Kinaxis customers, supporting change management, and ensuring efficient End-User adoption of RapidResponse ®. You will primarily focus on designing courses that are a best-fit for ensuring successful go-live and customer’s self-sustainment. In addition, you may provide advice and services like creating solution walkthrough demonstrations, applied learning exercises to enable customer’s Center of Excellence (COE), or facilitate train-the-trainer bootcamp to support our customers’ in-house onboarding of new planners.

What you will do

  • Apply Kinaxis 3D methodology (Design, Develop and Deliver) to provide every customer with a roadmap to in-house upskilling and efficient End-user adoption of RapidResponse ®.
  • Develop and deliver bootcamp and workshop style classroom (virtual or onsite delivery) education to audiences spanning from Core project team (IT and business) to End-Users (planners) on RapidResponse ®.
  • Develop new courseware to support customer specific trainings and/or continuous improvements of existing standard e-learnings on RapidResponse ®.
  • Guide customers on training environment setup and configuration, design of their learning paths, perform training audits and provide certification support.
  • Contribute to continuous improvements of our methodologies and innovations to learning services.
  • Mentoring of new instructors and/or custom content developers.

What we are looking for

  • A Bachelor/Master degree with 7-10 years of relevant experience in supply chain planning, preferably manufacturing & distribution planning, network planning, or supply planning or supplier collaboration.
  • Understanding of supply and demand mechanisms and current industry trends and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, time management and customer relationship skills.
  • Ability to effectively collaborate with other internal groups including documentation, curriculum development, project management, and deployment consultants.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform well in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Fluency in English is required, other languages appreciated.
  • Ability to work remote and willingness for 20%+ travel, to include destinations worldwide. A valid passport is required.

Things that would definitely help

  • Implementation consulting experience and/or experience as a user (planner) of RapidResponse ®
  • ACSM certifications (CPIM, CSCP, CLTD, CTSC)
  • PMI certifications (PMP, CAPM, PMI-ACP)
  • Detailed knowledge of supply chain functions and processes such as Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP), Integrated Business Planning (IBP), Demand Planning, MRP, DRP, Order Fulfillment, Capacity Planning, Inventory Management.
  • Experience of Organizational Change Management (OCM) – on Digital Business Transformation projects.
  • Experience working with relational databases
  • Experience in Change Management would be an asset
  • Fully understand and apply blueprinting methodology  (business process framework, workflow and taskflow mapping)
  • Fully adopt customer language, user requirements, industry-specific context, and project parameters to design and develop best-fit custom learning programs
