Senior Product Manager, Artificial Intelligence (AI)

Location: Ottawa, Canada - Hybrid; Other North American locations - Remote

About the team

AI Product Managers at Kinaxis own the roadmap of our product portfolio and act as subject matter experts in their area of expertise to both internal and external stakeholders.  They operate at the intersection of customers and product development, using their knowledge of how AI works and credibly apply it to our customer’s needs.  Our AI Product Managers also inform and teach external industry partners on the impact that our AI Solutions can bring to their organizations.

As a highly-visible customer facing role, our AI Product Manager will interact at all levels of Kinaxis and customer organizations, including C-level decision makers.

What you will do

  • Accountable for the roadmap, strategy and vision for applied AI to support solutions in the market and differentiate them as products
  • Support solutions with the customer and how they apply to their supply chain optimization
  • Evangelism of AI in supply chain
  • Help internal teams, including sales and marketing, understand how to position and sell our AI Strategy
  • Responsible for strategic customer retention
  • Provide technical mentorship and leadership in the area of AI both internally and externally to Kinaxis

What we are looking for

  • BSc Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent, AI Education or Data Science background is an advantage
  • 5 – 10 years of progressive experience in a product management role.
  • Experience working with clients in multiple industries to develop leading AI solutions
  • Knowledge of Enterprise Software and protocols, broad knowledge of enterprise software applications
  • An expert communicator with the ability to demonstrate their level of knowledge to all levels within an organization, especially with the gravitas to gain confidence of industry experts and customer executives.
